1. Financing in 4 payments
You can pay for your training in 4 equal payments. The first payment is charged at the time of purchase, then one payment per month for 3 months. The amount and date of each payment are shown before checkout and confirmed by email.
2. Fees and rate
Financing fees are a fixed amount per training course, shown before payment — not a percentage interest rate. They cover payment processing costs; part of them is covered by the Academy. The annualized credit rate is approximately 24% for all training courses, below the 24.5% threshold set by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

Prices in Canadian dollars. Taxes: GST 5% + QST 9.975% on the training price. Financing fees are not taxed. The 4th payment is the balance: it may be 1 to 3 cents less than the first 3.
3. Access to the training
Your training will be available only after the last payment is confirmed and the full amount is paid. No partial access is granted before full payment.
4. Paying early
You can pay off the balance of your financing at any time, with no fees or penalties.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your financing agreement within 2 days of signing it, at no cost and without giving a reason. After that period, contact us and we will explain the applicable rules.
6. Missed payment
If a payment cannot be collected, we will notify you by email and the payment will be presented again. Your training will be unlocked only once full payment is received.
7. Refunds
If you wish to cancel after the training has started, contact us. The rules for courses under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act will apply.
8. Changes
The Academy may change these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your financing.

1. Information we collect
When you finance a training course, we collect your name, full address and email address through secure Stripe checkout. We also collect the information needed to give you access to your training and answer your questions.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to process your payment, give you access to your training, provide customer service and meet our legal and tax obligations. We never sell your information to third parties.
3. Secure payment
Your credit card information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the processing of your payment.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share your information only with Stripe, to process your payments. No other sharing, unless required by law.
5. Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary to give you access to your training and meet our legal obligations, including tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You can at any time access and correct your information, and withdraw your consent to communications. To exercise your rights or file a complaint, contact us — you can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
7. Cookies and audience measurement
Measurement tools (Google Analytics, Meta pixel) only load on our website after you give your consent ("Accept analytics").
